A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64R-151
ADOPTING SERVICE STATION MINIMUM SITE DEVEL-
OPMENT STANDARDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on March 10, 1964, by
Resolution No. 64R-151, adopt the Service Station Minimum Site
Development Standards as described in Exhibit "A" attached to
and made a part of said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended
to the City Council that the original Service Station Minimum
Site Development Standards adopted on March 10, 1964 be revised
as indicated on Exhibit "A," Revision No. 1, attached hereto
and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds, after carefully re-
viewing the revised Service Station Minimum Site Development
Standards, Exhibit "A," Revision No. 1, that Resolution No.
64R-151 should be amended by amending Exhibit "A" thereof as
recommended by the City Planning Commission and as indicated on
Exhibit "A," Revision o. 1, attached hereto, with the exception
that the paragraph pertaining to landscaping should be changed
to read as follows:
"LANDSCAPING: Planter areas and tree wells shall be con-
structed and equipped with irrigation facilities and
planted prior to final building inspection. (It is recom-
mended that evergreen shrubbery, a maximum of 30 inches in
height, be installed in the planter areas.) Planter areas
with a minimum two foot inside width are required along all
street side property lines. Said planters shall be con-
structed a minimum of three (3), or a maximum of five (5)
feet from any drive approach as noted on the typical plot
plan."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 64R-151 be, and the same
is hereby amended by amending Exhibit "A" thereof to conform to
Exhibit "A," Revision No. 1, attached hereto and made a part
hereof, with the exception that the paragraph pertaining to land-
scaping shall be, and is hereby changed to read:
