A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING
THAT TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO ZONING SHOULD BE AMENDED
AND THAT THE BOUNDARIES OF CERTAIN ZONES
SHOULD BE CHANGED.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 65 -66 -11 to consider an amendment to
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning, and
to consider a change in the boundaries of the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described, and at said hearing did
receive evidence and reports from persons interested therein
and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty days following said
hearing the Planning Commission did duly adopt a resolution
containing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that the pro-
posed amendment be adopted by the City Council and that a
certain zone or zones be changed s hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission the City Council did fix the 10th day
of August 19 65 as the time, and the Ci y Council
Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place
for a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and the exclusion of said
property, hereinafter described, from the zone or zones in
which it is now situated and the incorporation thereof in the
zone or zones hereinafter set forth, and did give notice there-
of in the manner and form as provided in said Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and did receive evidence and reports, and
did thereupon consider the summary of evidence presented at
said public hearing before the Planning Commission, its report
of findings and recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that the amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be adopted and that the property hereinafter described
should be excluded from the zone or zones in which it is now
situated and incorporated in the zone or zones as hereinafter
set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code be, and the same is hereby, amended and that the following
described property, situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, to wit:

That portion of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of section 13, Township 4 bouth, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at e. point on the West line of said northwest
quarter, South 1019.96 feet from the northwest corner there-
of; thence hast 663.95 feet parallel with the North line
of said northwest quarter to the Last line of the west
half of said northwest quarter; thence South 329.96 feet
along said Last line to the South line of said northwest
quarter; thence Vest 664.00 feet along said South line
to the West line of said northwest quarter; thence North
329.96 feet to the point of beginning.
LXCLPT that portion thereof described in the deed to
Lastland Savings and Loan Association, recorded July 23,
1962 in Book 6186, page 318 of Official Lecords.
ALSO LXCLPT the West 282.00 feet thereof.
ALSO LXCLPT that portion thereof lying northerly of the
following described line: Beginning at the intersection
of the West line of the land described. In the deed to
Lastland Savings and Loan Association, recorded July 23,
1962 in Book 6186, page 318 of Official Z.ecords, with
the easterly prolongation of that certain course de-
scribed as "lest 9.91 feet" in the land described in the
second exception of the deed to Chip Chasin, recorded
November 13, 1962 in Book 0319, page 95 of Official
Records; thence West 9.91 feet along said prolongation
and said course to the westerly terminus thereof, being
a point on a non-tangent curve concave northerly, having
a radius of 50.30 feet, a radial to said point bears
South 53 07' 46" Last; thence westerly 78.54 feet along
said curve through a central angle of 90 30' Ou" to
the beginning of a reverse curve concave southwesterly
having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence northwesterly
along said curve to the Last line of the Jest 282.00
feet of said northwest quarter of the southwest quarter.
ALSO LXCLPT that portion thereof included within the
following described land: Beginning at a point on the
southerly line of said northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter, hest 355.24 feet from the southwest corner
thereof; thence Last 11.82 feet along said southerly
line; thence North 14.95 feet; thence West 11.82 feet;
thence South 14.95 feet to the point of beginning.
be excluded from R-A, AGRICULTUhAL ZONE, and incorporated in R-3,
MULTIPLE-FAMILY RLSIDLNTIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum $2.00 per front foot,
along Ltonybrook Drive, for street lighting purposes.

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of August, 1965.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
U_Lty of Anaheim the sum of 15c per front foot along
Stonybrook Drive, for tree planting purposes.
3. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit,
to be used for park and recreation purposes, said
amount to be paid at the time the building permit is
issued.
4. That Conditions Nos. 1 and 2 above mentioned shall
be complied with within a period of 180 days from
date hereof, or such further time as the City Council
may grant.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to prepare and submit to the
City Council an ordinance amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code to accomplish the objects herein found and determined to
be necessary and proper.
