1965-950WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of Anaheim, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the
State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, herein-
after referred to as the Department, on March 20, 1961, for
expenditure of State- allocated funds; and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on November 8, 1965 showing the
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1965 -66 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on
November 23, 1965 has been presented to the City Council in
accordance with the project statement submitted by the City;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said budget be and is hereby adopted
as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made from such
funds during the 1965 -66 fiscal year.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 21st day of December, 1965.
