A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM VACATING A PORTION OF THAT
EASEMENT FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES LOCATED
WEST OF ANAHEIM HILLS ROAD NORTH OF NOHL
RANCH ROAD. (90-10A)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly adopted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public streets, highways or public service easements
pursuant to the Public Streets, Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law; and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted and published in the manner prescribed by
law; and
WHEREAS, on the 16th day of April, 1991, a public
hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit evidence
concerning said proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find, from the evidence
submitted, that the street, highway or public service easement
hereinafter specifically described is unnecessary for present or
prospective public purposes including nonmotorized transportation
facilities.
WHEREAS, the City Council does determine that the
public convenience and necessity require the reservation and
exception of the easement(s) and right(s) of way hereinafter
specifically described.
WHEREAS, if and to the extent that there are in place
public utility facilities in use for which easements are not
reserved and excepted by this resolution, the City Council hereby
determines that the public convenience and necessity requires
that no easements be reserved for such facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city Council of
the city of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of that
certain easement for storm drain purposes, more specifically
described as follows:
See Exhibit A attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she
is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of
this resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
the County of Orange at such time as all of the following
conditions precedent to said vacation have been fulfilled:
1. The City of Anaheim shall have been paid the sum
of $58,578.00.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 16th day of April, 1991.

STORM DRAIN EASEMENT BEING ABANDONED.
That portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 88-335, in the city of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, per map recorded in Book
245, pages 11 thru 18 of Parcel Maps in the Office of the County Recorder
of said county, described as follows:
Commencing at the center line intersection of Nohl Ranch Road and Anaheim
Hills Road as shown on a map recorded in Book 1.70, pages 39 thru 46 of
Parcel Maps in the office of said County Recorder; thence N 24° 09'26" E,
94.31 feet along said center line of Anaheim Hills Road to the beginning
of a tangent curve in said center line, concave Westerly and having a
radius of 600.00 feet; thence Northerly 9.99 feet along said curve thru a
central angle of 00° 57' 15" to the Southeasterly terminus of that
certain course in the Northeasterly line of Parcel 201.1 described as
having a bearing of S 40° 07' 27" E and a length of 47.18 feet in a deed
t~ the Orange County Flood Control District recorded in Book 12596, page
6 of said Official Records; thence N 40° 07' 35" W, 47.19 feet along

concave northeasterly; thence Northwesterly along said curve with a
central angle of 05° 43' 46" and a radius of 976 feet, an arc distance of
97.60 feet to the beginnin~ of a compound curve concave Northeasterly,
with a central angle of 08 49' 57" and a radius of 2020 feet, an arc

portion lying within a strip of land, 25 feet wide, said strip lying

certain easement shown as "30' Easement in favor of Four Corners Pipeline
