OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING
CONVEYING TO THE CITY 0
PROPERTY FOR AN EASEMENT
UTILITY PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property
for municipal purposes, to slit: An easement for road and public
uta.lity purposes
and
WHEREAS, the owner of said property ha s offered
to sell and convey the same t the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the offer of ETHA BELLE 2pES. 4 widow
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
Public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under and
across that portion of Lot 35, Tract 1326, as shown on a Map
thereof recorded in Book 42, page 34 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Victor Avenue,
formerly known as Victor Street, with the centerline intersection
of Harbor Boulevard, formerly known as Palm Street, as shown on
a Map of said Tract 1326; thence South 89 39' 40" West along
the centerline of said Victor Avenue a distance of 60 feet;
thence South 0 20' 20" East a distance of 21 feet to the begin-
ning of a curve concave Southwesterly and having a radius of 15
feet, a radial line bearing North 0 20' 20" West passes through
the point of beginning of said curve; thence Easterly and South-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 90 00' 10"
an arc distance of 23.56 feet; thence South 0 20' 10" East to
an intersection with the Southerly line of said Lot 35;
Easterly along a portion of the Southerly line of said Lot 35
and the Easterly prolongation thereof a distance of 45 feet to
a point of intersection with the centerline of said Harbor
Boulevard; thence North 0 20' 10" West along said centerline of
said Harbor Boulevard to the point of beginning.
For the purpose of this description the centerline of Harbor
Boulevard is assumed to be the east line, and the centerline of
Victor Street is assumed to be the north line, of the above des-
cribed parcel of land.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of November 1965
