Council of the City of Anaheim is
hereinafter described real property
wit: ,An easement for road and
WHEREAS, the owner s of said property have offered
to sell and convey the same o the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim finds
that it is for the benefit and best interest of the City of
Anaheim to accept said offer and purchase said real property.
NOW, HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of A naheim that the offer of L WALDMAN and ALICE M.
WALDMAN, husband and wife
to sell to the City of Anaheim the following described rea
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to be used for an easement for road and
public utility purposes
and more particularly described as follows:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over, under
and across that portion of Lot 32, Tract 403, as per Map thereof
recorded in Book 16, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Lincoln Avenue
and Topanga Drive, as shown on a Map filed in Book 49, page 33 of
Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County; thence South 0 16' 40" East along the center line
of Topanga Drive, a distance of 154 feet to an intersection with
the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of Lot 32 of
said Tract No. 403; thence Easterly along the said prolongation
and portion of the Southerly line of said Lot 32 to an inter-
section with a line parallel with and 32 feet Easterly as measured
at right angles from the center line of said Topanga Drive; thence
North 0 16 40" West a distance of 63.04 feet to the beginning
of a tangent curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
25 feet; thence Northerly and Easterly along said curve through a
central angle of 89 57' 33" an arc distance of 39.25 feet to an
intersection with the Southerly right of way line of said Lincoln
Avenue; thence North 0 19' 07' West a distance of 66 feet, to
the intersection of said Lincoln Avenue; thence South 89 40' 53"
West along said center line of Lincoln Avenue to the point of
beginning.
For the purpose of this description the Westerly line of said
Lot 32 is assumed to be the center line of Topanga Drive and
the Northerly line is assumed to be the center line of Lincoln
Avenue.
be, and the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim, and that the City of Anaheim accept a convey-
ance of said property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Auditor of the
City of Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to the
owner or owners of said real property, out of General Funds of
the City of Anaheim, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 16th day of November 19 65
