3280ORDINANCE NO. 3280 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 73R-473 determining that a change or changes intr�ie zone or zones _ereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of 7_naheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit; That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township 4 South, Range 10 gest, in the Rancho Las Bolsas and partly in the Rancho Los Covotes, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of lot 40 of Tract No. 2722, as per map recorded in book 74, page 27, of said Miscellaneous Pups; thence 'North 00 55' 00" East 125.00 feet to the northeast corner of said lot 40; thence South 89° 05' 00" East 230.00 feet along the South line of Lot 39 of said Tract, and easterly prolongation thereof, to the East line of said section; thence South 0° 55' 00" Priest 125.00 feet along said East line to the easterly prolongation of the South line of said lot 40; thence North 890 05' 00" West 230 feet to the point of beginning. now is R -A AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE subject to the following conditions: -1- 73-74-17 1. That the sidewalks and driveways shall be instal- led along Euclid Street as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer. 2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Public 11orks. 3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adja- cent properties. 4. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the commencement of any commercial activity on the property. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim :bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
