AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 73R-525 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 25 of Anaheim Extension, as
shown on a map survey by William Hamel, a copy of
which is shown in book 3, pages 162 to 164 inclu-
sive of "Los Angeles County Maps", in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
described as follows;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 2 of Tract
No. 1379, as shown on a map recorded in book 43,
pages 6 and 7 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County; thence along the Southerly pro-
longation of the Easterly line of said Lot 2 South
150 32' 15" East 122.00 feet to the Southerly line
of that certain land described in deed to Hulen E.
Slayton and wife, recorded September 11, 1948 in
book 1699, page 191 of Official Records of said
Orange County; thence along said Southerly line
North 74° 13' 45" East 152.61 feet to the Southwest-
erly corner of that certain land described in deed
to Donald Thompson and wife, recorded February 7,
1966 in book 7833, page 31 of said Official Records;
thence along the Westerly line of said last mention-
ed land North 150 32' 15" West 99.73 feet to the
Northwesterly corner thereof; thence along the West-
erly prolongation of the Northerly line of said land

South 741* 27' 45" West 22,00 feet to the intersec-
tion with the Southerly prolongation of the Easterly
line of Lot 3 of said Tract No. 1379; thence along
said last mentioned prolongation North 150 32' 15"
West 22,18 feet to the Southeasterly corner thereof;
thence along the Southerly line of said Lot 3 and the
Westerly prolongation thereof South 740 13" 45" West
131.46 feet to the Point of Beginning,
now is R-1 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1 GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to
the following conditions;
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the
Director of Public Works, and shall be relocated away from the
single family residence to the east.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent
properties.
3. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
4. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the east property line and south property line adjacent to
Claudina Street.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be dis-
posed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That the final parking plan shall be approved
by the Development Services Department, and any landscaped
areas in the parking areas shall be protected with 6 -inch high,
concrete curbs, and concrete wheel stops shall be provided for
parking spaces.
7. That a 5 -foot landscape buffer strip shall be
provided along the east property line separating and protecting
the single family residence from odors and noises emanating
from the parking area.
8. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No, 1, provided, however,
that a 6 -foot wall or crash gate shall be constructed at the
exit to Claudina Street,
9. That Conditions Nos, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8,
above mentioned, shall be complied with prior to the final
building and zoning inspections;
SECTION 2,
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted,

SECTION 3,
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force,
