3228ORDINANCE NO. 3228 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 73R-520determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des- cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PORTION 2: That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., des- cribed as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 45 in Tract 1633, as shown on a map recorded in Book 47, page 50, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, Calif- ornia; thence N 00 16' 10" W, 350.00 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 12 in Tract 1569, as shown on a map recorded in Book 47, page 17, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence 00 16' 10" W, 515.00 feet to an intersection with the centerline of Woodley Avenue; thence N 890 36' 20" W, 30 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the southerly pro- longation of the west line of Lot 4 in said Tract 1569; thence N 00 16' 10" W, 133.00 feet to the north line of said Tract 1569; thence S 890 36' 20" E, 114.00 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 60.00 feet westerly of the centerline of Brookhurst Street; thence S 0° 16' 10" W, 998 feet, more or less, -1- 73-74-15 to an intersection with the south line of Lot 45 in said Tract 1633; thence S 89° 36' 20" W, 84.00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. AND FURTHER, that portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 9 in Tract 1851, as shown on a map recorded in Book 56, pages 25 and 26, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County; thence N 0° 16' 10 W, 760 feet, more or less, to the southwest corner of Lot 8 in Tract 2587, as shown on a map recorded in Book 80, page 41, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County; thence N 0° 10' 10" W, 70.00 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence N 890 31' W 2.90 feet; thence N 00 16' 10" W, 70.00 feet; thence S 690 31' 07" E, 29 feet; thence N 0° 16' 10" W, 85.60 feet to an intersection with the westerly prolonga- tion of the north line of said Tract 2587; thence N 89° 31' W, 116 feet, more or less, to an intersection with a line parallel with and 60 feet easterly of the center- line of Brookhurst Street; thence S 0° 16' 10" E, 970 feet, more or less, along said parallel line to an inter- section with the westerly prolongation of the south line of Lot 9 in said Tract 1851; thence S 89° 31' E, 87.00 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. PORTION 3: That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Town- ship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of the Southeast quar- ter of said Section 7, said corner being the centerline intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Brookhurst Street; thence N 00 16' 10" W, 350.19 feet; thence S 89° 36' 20" W, 144.00 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 44 in Tract No. 1633, as shown on a map recorded in Book 47, page 50, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence S 78° 38' 32" W, 81.45 feet to the intersection with the southerly right of way line of Ranchito Street; thence Southeasterly, Southerly, South- westerly, Westerly and Northwesterly along said right of way line along a curve concave northwesterly and having a radius of 50 feet, through a central angle of 142° 22' 23" an arc distance of 124.24 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave southwesterly and having a radius of 50 feet, a radial line bearing N 41° 0' 35" E passes through said point of beginning of reverse curve; thence Northwesterly and Westerly along said reverse curve through a central angle of 410 24' 35" an arc distance of 36.14 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 25 feet southerly of the centerline of said Ranchito Street; thence S 89° 36' 20" W, 148.95 feet tangent to the last mentioned curve to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southeasterly and having a radius of 18 feet; thence Westerly, South- westerly and Southerly along the last mentioned curve -2- through a central angle of 891 52' 30`° an arc distance of 28 feet to an intersection with a line parallel with and 25 feet easterly of the centerline of a line paral- lel with and 25 feet easterly of the centerline of Kathryn Drive; thence S 0° 16' 10" E, 20 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the easterly prolongation of the south line of Lot 3 in said Tract 1633; thence S 890 34' 20" W, 154.27 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 3 in said Tract 1633; thence S 0° 16' 10" E, 260.00 feet, more or less, to an intersection with the center- line of; Lincoln Avenue; thence N 89° 34' 20 E, 660.26 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying within Lincoln Avenue and_Brookhurst Street. now is R -A Zone (RESIDENTIAL AGRICULTURAL ZONE) urgency to permanent R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu- lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
