AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1;
thence South 727.20 feet along the Easterly line
of said lot to the true point of beginning; thence
South 89° 59' 38" West 665.50 feet to a point on
said Easterly right of way line, said point being
distant along said right of way line North 140 04'
38" East 608.00 feet from the intersection of said
Easterly right of way with the Southerly line of
said Lot 1, said line also being the Northerly line
of the land described in the deed to E. F. Wicker-
sheim and wife in a deed recorded April 16, 1920 in
Book 354, page 313 of Deeds.
Also excepting therefrom that portion thereof lying
Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of the land
described in the Final Order of Condemnation Case No.
161264, a certified copy of which was recorded
April 1, 1970 in Book 9253, page 726 of Official
Records of Orange County, California.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant wort: shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the
property is developed.
2. That the owner of the property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot
for street lighting purposes, said amount to be
paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Archi-
tectural Control Committee on the basis of compa-
tibility of development, both structurally and
architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
