All ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
I:1G TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
TIIAT
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 73R-41 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, City of Anaheim described as follows:
Portion of the West one-half of the Southeast quarter of
Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as said Section is shown on the map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the Easterly line of said West
one-half distant South 0° 08' 47" East, along said
Easterly line, 435.60 feet from the Southeast corner
of the land described in the deed to Consolidated Borax,
Inc., recorded June 8, 1956 in Book 3538, page 503 of
Official Records, records of said County, said point of
beginning being also the Southeast corner of the land
described second in the deed to Frank Muller Sr. Foundation
recorded October 29, 1965 in Book 7723, page 308 of said
Official Records; thence South 0° 08' 47" East, along said
Easterly line, 640.56 feet to the Northerly line of the

Southerly 295.00 feet of said West one-half; thence North
890 31' 00" West, along said Northerly line, 400.03 feet
to the Easterly line of Crescent Way, as described in
Parcel 2 of the deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded
November 1, 1957 in Book 4089, page 397 of said Official
Records; thence North 0° 08' 47" West, along said last
mentioned Easterly line, 636.16 feet to the Southerly line
of said land of the Frank Muller Sr. Foundation; thence
North 890 51' 13" East, along said Southerly line, 400.00
feet to the point of beginning. Excluding therefrom the
northerly 280.00 feet, and the westerly 60.00 feet of the
southerly 360 feet thereof.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the
Director of Public Works.
2. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
3. That the final parking plan shall be approved by
the Development Services Department and any landscaped areas in
the parking area shall be protected with 6 -inch high concrete
curbs, and concrete wheel stops shall be provided for parking
spaces as required by the Development Services Department.
4. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed
of in a manner that is satisfactory to the City Engineer.
5. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, above men-
tioned, shall be complied with prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
