AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after dulv
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the Citv Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 20 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88
of miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia and that portion of Block 25 of the Golden State
Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, pages 66
and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, and that portion of the Westerly residual
parcel as shown on a Parcel map recorded in Hook 39,
page 42 of Parcel Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of Parcel 1 as shown
on said Parcel Map, said corner also being in the South-
erly right of way line of Carpenter Avenue, as described
in deed to the City of Anaheim, recorded December 9, 1965,
in Book 7769, page 192 of Official Records; thence along
said right of way line South 730 44' 00`Vlest 55.30 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave (northeasterly
having a radius of 47.00 feet; thence Northwesterly alone
said curve, through a central angle of 901 00° 00", an
arc distance of 73.83 feet; thence tangent to said curve,

along the Westerly line of Shepard Street as shown on
said Parcel Map, North 160 16' 00" West 50.00 feet; thence
leaving said Westerly line South 230 44' 00" West 70.71
feet; thence South 73° 44' 00" West 390.00 feet; thence
South 160 16' 00" East 433.01 feet to a point in the
Northerly line at that certain land described in deed to
the State of California, recorded April 22, 1963, in
Book 6515, page 939 of Official Records; thence along said
Northerly line and the Northerly line of that certain lana
described in deed to the State of California,, recorded
June 1, 1965, in Book 7533, page 645 of Official Records

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be cornlied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance wit -CL
standard plans and specifications on file in the, Offic-, of the

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning 21ap shall be, and the same- is hereby
amended, and thaa, property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above sat forth, and saLL'.
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adozoted, and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added,
to the City Zoning ?'Zap sinowing the changes hereby_ approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certi-l"y to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be orinted once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoptio:a., in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said. City, and thirty (30) lays frog and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
