AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF P.NAHEIM AME1JD-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIi•? MIUNICIP.iL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T�_.E CITY OF ANA�3EIF-1 DOES FIND THAT:
WI EREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
73R-248 and 74R-209 determining that a change or changes in the
zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHERE,AS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or chancres of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.

DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,,
County of Orange, State- of California, deseribeO as follows,
to wit:
Com.�encing at the most Easterly corner of property
shown on map recorded in Book 11, Page 39, Record
of Survey, Orange Countv Records; thence North 130
33' West 1119.51 feet; thence North. 70° 29' West
431.69 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
North 780 29' West 39 feet to a curve tangent, con-
cave to the Last, having a radius of 50.00 feet;
thence Northeasterly through a central angle of
1800, 157.08 feet to a line tangent; thence South
780 29' East 89.00 feet to a curve tangent, concave
to the gest, having a radius of 50.00 feet; thence
Southwesterly through a central angle of 1800,
157.08 feet to the true point of beginning; contain-
ing 0.335 acres,

the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by -,--he City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in the office of the Citv
Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owner(s) of subject property shall install
street lighting on all streets within the area as recfuired by the
Director of Public Utilities at the time the property is developed.
3. That electrical utilities shall be Placed underground
and dedicated to the City of Anaheim in accordance with the require-
ments

ments of the Director of Public Utilities.
4. That drainage of said property shall be disposed of in a
manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. If, in the preparation
of the site, sufficient grading is required to necessitate a grad-
ing permit, no work on grading will be permitted between October
15th and April 15th unless all required off-site drainage facili-
ties have been installed and are operative. Positive assurance
shall be provided the City that such drainage facilities will be
completed prior to October 15th. Necessary right-of-way for off-
site drainage facilities shall be dedicated to -%'--he City, or the
