AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC77-186 determining that a change or changes
in t e zone or zones hereina ter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditi,ons'precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
All that certain real property in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California
being that portion of the Paula Peralta De
Dominguez Allotment as per map of Partition of
the Rancho Santiago De Santa Ana entered in Book
B. Page 410 of Judgments of the 17th Judicial
District Court of Los Angeles County, State of
California, and those portions of Sections 6 and
7, Township South, Range 8 West in said rancho
Santiago De Santa Ana described as follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of Tract
No. 8463 per map recorded in Book 392, Pages 28
through 31 inclusive of miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of said Orange County, said corner being on
the centerline of Canyon Rim Road (78.00 feet wide)
as described in the easement deed to the City of
Anaheim recorded October 22, 1974 in Book 11270,
Page 1734 of Official Records, records of said
County, said corner being also on a curve concave
Northeasterly having a radius of 1000.00 feet and
