AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE 7`NAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No.
73R-524 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones
hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter
set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report
and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The West 150.00 feet (measured along the southerly
line) of that portion of the East half of the south-
east quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 7,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in Rancho Los Coyotes,
in the county of Orange, state of California, as shown
on a map recorded in book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said
county, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said Section 7;
thence South 89° 34' 20" West 531.15 feet to the cen-
ter line of Kathryn Drive as shown on a map of Tract
No. 1633, recorded in book 47 page 50 of said Miscel-
laneous Maps; thence North 0° 16' 40" East 326.43 feet
along said center line to the center line of a 50 foot
street shown as Ranchito Street on the map of said
Tract No. 1633; thence North 890 41' 30" East 258.00
feet along the center line of said Ranchito Street;
thence North 78° 45' 25" East 50.00 feet to the most

southerly corner of Lot 44 of said Tract No. 1633;
thence North 780 45' 25" East 81.79 feet along the
southerly line of said Lot 44 to the southwest corner
of Lot 45 of said Tract No. 1633; thence North 890 41'
30" East 144.00 feet along the south line of said Lot
45, and the easterly extension thereof to the East
line of said Section 7; thence South 00 16' 40" West
350.02 feet along said East line to the point of
beginning.
EXCEPT the South 40.00 feet thereof.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be
changed to and incorporated in "CH" COMMERCIAL, HEAVY ZONE, sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. That the sidewalks shall be installed along the west side
of Kathryn Drive as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of the
City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the office of the Director of Pub-
lic Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department.
4. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed along
the north property lines except where abutting CL property.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view, and the sound buffered from adjacent properties.
6. That any parking area lighting proposed shall be down -
lighting of a maximum height of six feet, which lighting shall be
directed away from the property lines to protect the residential
integrity of the area.
7. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner that is satisfactory to the City Engineer.
8. Subject property shall be developed in conformance with
the site development standards of the CL Zone.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
_ fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim tn.is 1st day of November 11
