AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHF_.IP1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 74R-153 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:

the recorder of Orange County, Califf.,

to the following conditions:
1. That 1 -.-rash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with aparoved plans on file with -the Office of the Director
of Public V7orks.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and', charged as
required and determined to be necessa2-7 by the Chien of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.

3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
4. That drainage of subject -property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory -to the City Engineer.
5. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in lieu fees
as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said fees
to be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
6. That all private streets shall be developed in accord-
ance with the City of Anaheim's standards for private streets.
7. That no dwelling units in excess of the number of dwell-
ing units approved in General Plan Amendment No. 123A shall be
approved for construction on the property included in GP1� 123A
and/or the "Ranch View" section of GPA 123E until such time as the
extension of Fairmont Boulevard is constructed between Canyon Riga
Road and Santa Ana Canyon ?load.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and -made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning '-rap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning reap to be acted
to the City Zoning 111ap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTIO3 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said. City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved and
signed said Ordinance No. 3732 on the 5th day of July, 1977.
