AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHF_.IP1 AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 74R-137 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Tract Map 8340 as shown in book 403 pages 31 and
32 of Miscellaneous Maps on file in the office of
the recorder of Orange County, Calif.
now is "RS -A-43,000" RESIDENTIAL/AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it
be changed to and incorporated in "RA1-2400" RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY ZONE, subject to the following condition:
That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; provided, however,
that the internal vehicular accessways shall be one-way throughout
the development, with parking to be provided on one side only of

said one-way streets and with no parking in the alleyways, as
stipulated to by the petitioner; and, further, that the curb
section on the side away from the center median of the interior
streets shall be deleted and pavement of interior streets shall
comply with the structural section requirement of the City
Engineer.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 17th day of Mav , 1977.
