AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANATiF?IM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. �71P_9a[; determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the makinq of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Tract Map 9206 as shown in book 397 pages 31 and 32
of Miscellaneous reaps on file in the office of the
recorder of Orange County, Calif.
now is "RS-A-43,000(SC)II RESIDENTIAL/AGRICUL`s''URAL (SCENIC CORRIDOR)
ZONE and that it be changed to and incorporated in "RS-7200(SC)"
RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY (SCENIC CORRIDOR) ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving,
drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall be complied
with as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with stand-
ard plans and specifications on file in trie Office of the City En-
gineer, at the time the property is developed.

2. That the owner(s) of subject property shall install street
lighting on all streets within the area as required by the Director
of Public Utilities at the time the property is developed.
3. That electrical utilities shall be placed underground and
dedicated to the City of Anaheim in accordance with the requirements
of the Director of Public Utilities.
4. That drainage of said property shall be disposed of in a
manner satisfactory to the City Engineer. If, in the preparation
of the site, sufficient grading is required to necessitate a grad-
ing permit, no work on grading will be permitted between October
15th and April 15th unless all required off-site drainage facili-
ties have been installed and are operative. Positive assurance
shall be provided the City that such drainage facilities will be
completed prior to October 15th. Necessary right-of-way for off-
site drainage facilities shall be dedicated to the City, or the
City Council shall have initiated condemnation proceedings there-
for (the costs of which shall be borne by the developer) prior to
commencement of grading operations. The required drainage facili-
ties shall be of a size and type sufficient to carry runoff waters
originating from higher properties through said property to ulti-
mate disposal as approved by the City Engineer. Said drainage
facilities shall be the first item of construction and shall be
completed and be functional throughout the tract and from the
downstream boundary of the property to the ultimate point of dis-
posal prior to the issuance of any final building inspections or
occupancy permits. Drainage district reimbursement agreements may
be made available to the developers of said property upon their re-
quest.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Hap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map sho<<,7ing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
