AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76R-785determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1:
The North 154 feet of the West 260 feet of
that portion of the Northeast quarter of
Section ;:�7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at an old stake and stone monument set
by H. Clay Kellogg in the South line of said
Northeast quarter, being the center line of
Orangewood Avenue, 40 feet wide, North 890 38'
West, 1,337.70 feet of an old G" X ," redwood
stake monument at the Southeast corner of said
Northeast quarter; thence North 89° 38' gest
665.05 feet, more or less, along said South line

to a point 665.05 feet East of a 211 X ,i" redwood
post marking and locating the interior quarter
corner of said Section, which interior quarter
corner is 2,640.10 feet South from the North
quarter corner of said Section and 4,640.3) feet
East from the West quarter corner of said Section;
thence North 00 011 07" West 660 feet, more or
less, to a 4" X 4" redwood post; thence South _,90
39' e4" East 663.79 feet to the Northwest corner
of the land of Claude E. Smith and wife, as
described in that certain Decree and Judgment
recorded September 1, 1943 in Book 1203, page X87
of Official Records; thence South 00 07' 40T1 East
660.28 feet to the point of beginning.

it be changed to and incorporated in "RM -120011 RESIDENTIAL,
MULTIPLE -FAMILY "ONE, subject to the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the office of the
Director of Public Works.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed and
charged as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief
of the Fire Department prior to commencement of structural
framing.
3. That subject property shall be served by under-
ground utilities.
4. That a six-foot high masonry wall shall be
constructed along the north and west property lines.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be
disposed of in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That the owner(s) of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in -
lieu fees as determined to be appropriate by the City Council,
said fees to be paid at the time that the building permit is
issued.
I* That Conditions Nos. 1, e-, J, 4, 5 and o, above-
mentioned, shall be complied with prior to final building
and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City "oning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the ,one in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the gone or zones as above set forth, and said City
zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer

is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION *�_
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circu-
lated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
