AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY 01' ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76P.-384 determining that a change or
changes the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That certain parcel of land located in the County
of Orange, State of California, described as
follows:
Commencing at the northwesterly corner of the
Mohler Drive No. 2 Annexation to the City of
Anaheim, said northwesterly corner also being
the northeasterly corner of the Mohler Drive No.
4 Annexation to the City of Anaheim; thence leav-
ing said Mohler Drive No. 2 Annexation boundary
and following along a portion of the northerly
line of the %iohler Drive No. 4 Annexation bound-
ary to the City of Anaheim S 69* 10' 30" W,
_. 135.24 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing along a portion of the north-
erly annexation boundary line of said 'Mohler

Drive No. 4 Annexation and the northwesterly
prolongation thereof, the following courses and
distances: S 40 09' 00" W, 20.00 feet; S 58°
28' 00" W, 133.32 feet; thence N 77° 45' 30" W,
276.43 feet to a point in a_ line distant N 77°
45' 30" W, 52.13 feet from the northwesterly
corner of the land of Carl Berriman, as shown
on a map of survey recorded in Book 54, page 16,
Record of Surveys, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, said point being
in the northwest corner of Lot 9 in Tract 117,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 11, page 15,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
said Lot 9 and Lots 1 to 17 of said Tract No. 117
are also shown on a map of survey recorded in
Book 17, page 3, Record of Surveys, in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County;
thence following along a portion of the south-
westerly line of Lot 13 in said Tract -.-,To. 117
N 520 09' 00" W, 253.91 feet; thence N 250 56'
00" W, 75.40 feet to an intersection with the
southerly line of the land described in Parcel
One in the deed recorded �=larch 18, 1955 in Book
3000, pages 338 through 340, Official Records;
thence following along the southerly line of
the land described in the last mentioned deed
710 42' 00" E, 379.06 feet; thence II 520 55' 00"
�- E, 126.61 feet to an intersection with the west-
erly line of Parcel One described in the deed
recorded January 21, 1964 in Book 6891, pages
139 through 143, Official Records; thence along
the westerly line of the land described in said
deed S 10 43' 00" E, 311.30 feet; thence S 610
43' 00" E, 165.01 feet along the line described
in said exception to the true point of beginning.
now is County of Orange 100-E4-20,000, Sl.1ALL ESTATES, DISTRICT
and that it be changed to and incorporated in "RS -HS -22,000'(S(7)"
RESIDENTIAL, SINGLE-FAMILY HILLSIDE (SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY)
ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excludedfro.-ni
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning i-Iap showing the changes hereby approved anc
adopted.

SECTIOiV 3.
The City Clerk shall certiy to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim approved and
