AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MU14ICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 76R-760 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and des-
cribed should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 5 of 11iies Rancho, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per reap recorded in Book 4, Page 7 of Miscellan-
eous Haps, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northx-,7esterly Corder of said Lot 5,
said corner also being the point of beginning of the
legal description of Parcel 1 in the Grant meed. from
Dora A. Littleton to the State of California, re-
corded July 26, 1956 in Boo; 3551, Page 641., Official
Records of said County; thence traversing the follow-
ing courses of said legal description; thence sout1h-
erly along the westerly lime of said. Lot 5 227.36
feet to -i.;.'1e `.'rue Point of Beginninc; of this descrip-
tion; -thence at right angles to said, westerly line

easterly 40.00 feet; thence continuing along said
legal description line north 10° 45" 00" Fast 111.80
feet; thence North 32° 54' 59" East, 65.19 feet;
thence South 880 25' 29" East 462.95 feet; thence
North 520 53' 11" East, 477.04 feet; thence North
640 26' 06" East, to the northerly line of said Lot
5; thence South 1° 03' 58" East 386.32 feet to the
Northerly line of the land of Joseph William Heinz
as described in Certificate of Title 12117 on file
in the Office of the Registrar of Titles of said
County; thence South 740 27' 44" Vest 1033.07 feet
along said Northerly line, and along the Southerly
line of the land described in the lease to Frojen-
Lund Investments, Inc., as lessee, recorded February
2, 1962 in Book 6003, Page 185 of Official Records,
records of said County, to a point on the west line
of said Lot 5 which is 360.73 feet north of the South-
west corner of said Lot; thence Northerly along -said
west line to the True Point of Beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof within the
limits of the City of Fullerton, State of California.
now is the "CH" COMMERCIAL, HEAVY ZONE and that it be changed to
and incorporated in the "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to
the following conditions;
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Harbor Boulevard,
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Director of
Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department, prior to commencement of structural framing.
4. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.
5. That drainage of subject property shall be disposed of
in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer.
6. That developer shall pay to City the cost for installa-
tion of a traffic signal as approved by the Traffic Engineer at
the northernmost driveway on Lemon Street at such time as said
signal is deemed necessary by the Traffic Engineer.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
_ amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made
a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City

Zoning Plap, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Trap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
