SECTION 1.
r2hat Title 4, Chapter 4.74, Section 4.74.050, of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to
read as follows:

TR2VINTSFhM.
Tile Chief of Police may deny
the said application or, having issued the permit, re-
voke or suspend the same if the Chief of Police shall
determine that the a-oDlicant or tow -truck driver is of
bad moral character, has WillfUll�7 falsified said appli-
cation for driver's permit, is guilty of violation of
any of the provisions of this chapter or of any lawful
regulation promulgated Pursuant thereto or has been
convicted of any offense involving moral turpitude.
For the purposes of this section, moral turpitude is
everything done contrary to justice, honesty, modesty
or good morals. No such driver's permit shall be
issued to anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years,
or to anv person having physical impairments, handi-
caps of such caps or deficiencies �Ch naJ -ure as to interfere
nature
with said driver's ability to carry out or perform
his duties of e;-Liployment. Upon termination of eia-plov-
ment of any driver, the owner for whom such driver has
been employed shall forthwith and immediately surren-
der, return and give up said driver's permit to the
Chief of Police and shall file written notice of said
termination of employment within five (5) days there-
after."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this or-
dinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in tine Anaheim, Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
