ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEILT'l 1,1UNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-568 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and re-
ceipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHI'REAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFOR;, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEII'd DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zoites set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the North half of the northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page 10,
Miscellaneous 11aps, records of said Orange County, in the
City of Anaheim, lying 'northerly and Westerly of the fol-
lowing described lines:
Commencing at the intersection of the center line of
Sunkist Street and Anaheim -Olive Road as said center lines
are shown on map of Tract No. 2490, recorded in Book 791
pages 45 and 46, 14-iscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County; thence along said enter line of Sunkist Street, r
North 010 O1' 1936 East, 81.52 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence South 88° 58' 41i1 East, 57.00 feet;
thence South 310 27' 5831 East, 49.40 feet to a line parallel
with and distant Northerly 55.00 feet, measured at right
angles, from said center line of Anaheim -Olive Road; thence
along said parallel line, South 780 O1' 2431 East 93.00
feet; thence North 39° 42' 42" East, 164.76 feet; thence
North 77° 49' 06" East, 545.67 feet to a tangent curve con-
cave Northwesterly having a radius of 450.00 feet; thence
along said curve, Northeasterly, through an angle of 700
03' 33i1, an arc distance of 550.24 feet to the Northerly
line of said Soutizeast quarter.

EXCEPT that portion of said North half, lying within the
following described lines.
Commencing at the center line intersection of Anaheim -
Olive Road and Sunkist Street; thenceforth 00 011 19"
East along the center line of Sunkist Street, 218.23 feet;
thence Easterly along a line as measured at right angles
South 88* 58' 41" East 222.35 feet; thence Southerly at
right angles South 01* 01' 19" West along a line parallel
to and 222.35 feet Easterly of Sunkist Street, 261.27
feet to the center line of Anaheim -Olive Road; thence
North 78* 01' 24" lNe-st along the center line of Anaheim -
Olive Road, 226.48 feet to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and -in-
corporated in R-3, iviULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department, said fire hydrants to be installed
prior to final building and zoning inspections.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of
the Director of Public Works and Superintendent of
Streets, prior to final building and zoning inspec-
tions.
3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the easterly and southerly property lines of
subject property prior to final building and zoning
inspections.
4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be proper-
ly shielded from view, prior to final building and
zoning inspections.
5. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sun of $25.00 per dwelling unit,
to be used for park and recreation purposes, said
amount to be paid at the time the building permit is
issued.
6. That the alignment of the southerly and easterly
property lines of subject property shall be approved
by the State of California, Division of Highways,
prior to the issuance of a building permit.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning idap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning !,lap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of tris
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 14th day of November, 1967.
