Ali ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEItJi Ai4IENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
REELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUVCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI1,1 DOES FIND THAT
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 66R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forte, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of
the report and recommiendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complieu with as
to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANNA ,'EI "i
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIOti 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning snap or reaps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaizeim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the i`ortizeast
quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 10 west,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a
reap recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Land described in
Torrens Title Certificate No. 47 on file in the office of
the Registrar of Titles of Orange County, California, said
point being on the North and South quarter section line of
said Section 22 and distant North 0° 16' 25" West 42.93
feet from the intersection of said line with the center
line of Cerritos Avenue as described in the Deed to the
County of Orange, recorded July 15, 1926 in Book 662, page
292 of Deeds; thence North 00 16' 25" West along said
South quarter section line a distance of 410.73 feet;
thence North 890 57' 00" East 60.00 feet to a point in the
Easterly line of harbor Blvd., and the true point of be-
ginning; thence continuing Nortiz 890 57' 00" East 600 feet
to the East line of said land described in Torrens Title
Certificate No. 47; thence North 01 16' 25" West 226.93
feet to the most Southerly corner of land described in Deed
to the State of California, filed November 1, 1959 as Docu-
ment No. 21667 in the office of the Registrar of Titles of
Orange County, California; thence forth 660 00' 15" West
25.29 feet to a line parallel with and distant 33.00 feet
Southerly measured at right angles from the Northerly line
of land described in Torrens Title Certificate iso. 10914

on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles of Orange
County, California; thence along said parallel line South
890 57' 00" West 305.45 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northerly having a radius of 295.00 feet;
thence Westerly along said curve, through a central angle
of 140 04' 11" an arc distance of 72.44 feet to the begin-
ning of a tangent reverse curve, concave Southerly having
a radius of 205.00 feet; thence Westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 140 04' 11" an arc distance of
50.34 feet to a point in a line parallel with and distant
18.00 feet, measured at right angles from the Northerly
line of the land described in Torrens Title Certificate No.
10914 on file in the office of the Registrar of Titles of
Orange County, California, said point being 210.00 feet
Easterly from the centerline of said Harbor Blvd; thence
South 00 16' 25" East parallel with said centerline 130.00
feet; thence South 44° 50' 17" West 28.23 feet; thence
South 890 57' 00" West 110.00 feet; thence South 440 50'
17" West 28.23 feet to said Easterly line of Harbor Blvd.;
thence South 00 16' 25" East along said Easterly line 82.23
feet to the true point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in C-R, C01-21ERCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or otter appurtenant work,
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the sura of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting
purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property
is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director
of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to
final building inspection.
That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural conform-
ance with the structure.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
