outside of the outside rails thereof.
SEC`.i'ION 5.
,.hat by its acceptance of this franchise said railroad
company agrees to comply with all lawful ordinances, rules and
regulations heretofore or hereafter adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim. in the exercise of its police power
governing the construction, maintenance and operation of its
L31ants , works or equipment.
SECTION O .

SLCTION I.

and all liability for damages proximately resulting from an
operations under such franchise, and provide such insurance as
the City of r' naheint. may require.
SECTION 0.
That said railroad company by its acceptance of this
franchise hereby agrees to pay to the City of luaaheim the ex-
penses necessary for the publication and other expenses attendant
upon the granting of this franchise.
SECTIUN 9.
Taat said railroad company shall file with the City
Clerk of the City of J�naheira, a written acceptance of this
franchise within ten (10) days after the passage of this
ordinance.
SECTION 10.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to De printer: once within
fifteen (15) clays after its adoption, in the rinaheim, Bulletin,

a newspaper of general circulation, l.)rinted, tublished and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall tame effect and i)e in full force.
