AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolutions
Nos. 64R-105, 66R-241 and 68R-358 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows;
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit;
That portion of Tract No. 5593, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 243, pages 15 through 18, inclusive, of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, lying within the
following described parcels of land:
PARCEL 1:
Lots 1, 2, 23 and 24 of J. D. Taylor Tract, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 5, page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County, California.
EXCEPT that portion of said Lots 1 and 2 conveyed to the Olive
and West Orange Protection District by deed recorded August
27, 1917 in Book 303, page 203 of Deeds.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion of said Lot 1 described in quitclaim
deed executed by Charles J. Biddle and Freda W. Biddle, husband
and wife, to Orange County Water District, a corporation, re-
corded August 21, 1947 in Book 1532, page 529 of Official
Records.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof lying Southerly of the North-
erly line of the strip of land described in the deed to Santa
Ana Valley Irrigation Company recorded July 18, 1934 in Book.
685, page 255 of Official Records.

ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed to the State of
California by deed recorded September 16, 1954 in Book 2818,
page 270 of Official Records.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of the Leandro Serrano Allotment of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of Lot 1 of J. D.
Taylor Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 36, pages
58 to 60 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California, said point being distant South 570 13' West 83.85
feet and South 50° 47' West 147.50 feet from the most North-
easterly corner of said Lot 1; thence Southwesterly along the
Northerly line of Lots 1 and 2 of said J. D. Taylor Tract the
following courses and distances: South 50° 47' West 177.50
feet; South 400 15' West 200.00 feet; South 670 49' West
264.22 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 2; thence North
160 48' 50" West 125.37 feet along the Northerly extension of
the Westerly line of said Lot 2 to the Northerly line of land
described in deed to Orange County Water District recorded
March 27, 1941 in Book 1086, page 214 of Official Records;
thence North 660 47' 10" East 595.20 feet to the point of
beginning.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE --FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim, filed with Variance No. 1766, marred
Exhibits Nos. 2, 4, 5, 6, 71 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, and
Exhibits Nos. 1 and 3, Revision No. 1.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit, to be
used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
