AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolutions
Nos. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes in
the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be
made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and
receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission: and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with as
to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 42 of Hazard's Subdivision, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as per
map filed in Book 1, page 26 of Record of Surveys, in the
Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at an old 2 x 4 post in the West line of said
Lot 42, North 3° 35' West 256.67 feet from the southwest
corner thereof; thence East parallel to and distant 256.08
feet North of the South line of said lot, 1269.70 feet to an
intersection with the westerly line of the land conveyed
to R.S.A. and L.A. Railway Company by deed recorded June 4,
1887 in Book 239, page 27 of Deeds; thence northeasterly
174.57 feet along said westerly line to a two-inch pipe;
thence West parallel to the South line of said lot, 1328.87
feet to an intersection with the westerly line of said lot
42; thence South 30 35' East 167.97 feet to the point of
beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accor-
dance with standard plans and specifications on file in the
Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both
structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be'excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning lap showing the changes hereby approver and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and. after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING OP.DINANCE is approved and signed by me

on the 14th day of May, 1968, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 21st
day ofMay, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Clark and Febley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2518 on the 21st day of May,
1968.
