AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIMI MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 66R-695 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, , THE CITY COU14CIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The East 100.00 feet of the West 197.00 feet
of the East 204.00 feet of the South 320.00
feet of lot 1 in Block A of Tract No. 13 per
map recorded in book 9, page 12, of Miscel-
laneous Maps in the office of the Recorder
of said County.
now is a R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to R-2-5000, ONE -FAMILY ZONE, upon the following condi-
tions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along Empire
Street, as required by the City Engineer and
in accordance with standard plans and specifi-
cations on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, prior to final building and zoning
inspections.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling
unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes,
said amount to be paid at the time the building
permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said
City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of February , 1968 .
