AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 67R-426 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The South 140 feet of the East one-half of the Northeast
quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 14, in Town-
ship 4 South, Range 11 Priest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 51, page 7, et seq., Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 40 feet of said land, as
conveyed to the State of California, by Deed recorded
March 5, 1951, in Book 2153, page 254, Official Records,
and by deed recorded N`arch 1, 1951, in Book 2151, page 460,
Official Records.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That a line be drawn through subject property
from the north to the south on an extension with the rear
line (east) of the residential tract to the south; that the
property be identified as Lot "A" west of Hayward Street, as
extended, Lot "B" immediately east of Hayward Street, as
extended, and Lot "C" east of Lot "B," and be so designated
on a parcel map.
2. That all vehicular access rights to Hayward Street,
as extended, from Lots "B" and "C" be dedicated to the City of
Anaheim.

3. That the property identified as Lot "C" may be
developed as a regular two-story R-3 development, and the lots
- identified as "A'° and "B" may be developed as single -story
R-3 lots.
4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning chap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Asap as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in Null force.

and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 13th
day of February, 1968, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Krein, Schutte, Chandler and Pebley
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2480 on the 13th day of Feb-
ruary, 1968.
