AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MLTNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT-.
WHEREAS,, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 263--

hereinafter mentioned and described,) after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change
or changes of zone or zones, and ;after having received evidence
and reports from persons interested t'herein-, and
WHEREAS, said City FIA�ninirg Commissioln, did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution- and

WHEREASSIO at the time arind place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council dia"'hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested thereir.-i an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation, of the City Planning Commission,

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 62p,-335

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with, as to theroperty
hereinafter described and as provided in Resolution No. 628-335.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION to
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows. -

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 10 of the Golden State Tract, in the Rancho Can
Juan Cajon de ;Tanta Ana, City of Anaheim, as shoran on a map

Maps, records of said Orange County;

now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in the following zones, upon the conditions here-
inafter set forth;
That all of the above described property shall be changed
to and incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, with
the exception of those areas lying immediately alon- and
parallel to any arterial streets and highways as designated
on the adopted Circulation :dement of the General Plan,
which areas shall be changed to P -L, PARKING -LANDSCAPING
ZONE, for a depth of 50 feet from the property line after
any necessary dedication.
That said change of zones shall be made upon the following
conditions;
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in
accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in
the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property is
developed.
2. That the owners of the property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both
structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin
MCC
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
