AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNI-
CIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution in each
of the hereinafter numbered reclassifications, recommending
amendments to Title 18 of t'rie Anaheim Municipal Code and changes
in the boundaries of the zones hereinafter mentioned and de-
scribed, after having held public hearingsthereon in the manner
and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code to consider such proposed changes of zones, and after
having received evidence and reports from persons interested
therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend changes of
zones as set forth in said resolutions; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolutions, reports of
findings, summaries of evidence and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 23rd day of
February, 1966, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City
Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for public hearings
upon said proposed amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code and said changes of zones, and did give notice thereof
in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearings, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearings and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt a resolution in each reclassification
proceeding, finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code should be amended and that changes in the bounda-
ries of said zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tions.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such changes as follows:
That all of the property and area situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described under separate reclassification num-
bers, be changed from the zones in which it is now incorporated
to the zone indicated for the specific area under each reclassi-
fication. Said property is described and designated as follows:

RECLASSIFICATION NO. 65-66-73
Lot 1, Tract 3370, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 144,
pages 7 and 8 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM those portions lying within the right
of way of State College Boulevard and Placentia Avenue.
now is C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 65-66-74
That portion of the North half of the Northeast quarter
of the Southeast quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de
Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 7
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue, formerly
Anaheim -Olive Road, 60 feet wide, and Sunkist Street,
the centerline of which is 20 feet Westerly of the East
line of said street, and 30 feet Easterly of the West line
thereof, and running thence North 01° 01' 19" East along the
centerline of said Sunkist Street, 218.23 feet; thence leaving
said centerline South 88° 58' 41" East, at right angles to
said centerline 222.35 feet; thence South 01° 01' 19" West,
parallel with the centerline of said Sunkist Street, 261.27
feet to a point in the centerline of said Lincoln Avenue;
thence North 78° 01' 24" West along the centerline of
Lincoln Avenue, 226.48 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom those portions lying within the right
of way of Lincoln Avenue and Sunkist Street, dedicated to
the City of Anaheim, by deed recorded May 14, 1964 in Book
7045, page 481 of said Official Records.

incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 65-66-75
That portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the East line of said Section 12,
distant South 0° 14' 26" West 47.14 feet from the intersec-
tion of said East line with the centerline of Lincoln Avenue,
60.00 feet wide, as described in a deed to the County of
Orange, recorded May 17, 1915 in Book 275, page 88 of Deeds;
thence North 89° 45 34" West 45.00 feet to the intersection
of a line parallel with and distant 45.00 feet Westerly measured
at right angles from the East line of said Section 12, with a
line parallel with and distant Southwesterly 55.00 feet
measured at right angles from said centerline of Lincoln

RECLASSIFICATION NO. 65-66-76
The East 150 feet of the West 203 feet of the North 150
feet of the South 203 feet of the Southwest quarter of Sec-
tion 13, being a portion of Lot 41, in Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana,
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 2, pages 256 and 257 of
Patents, records of Los Angeles County, California.
Excepting that portion thereof described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West line of the above des-
cribed parcel, distant thereon 15 feet North of the Southwest
corner thereof; thence Southerly 15 feet to said Southwest
corner; thence Easterly 15 feet along the South line of said
parcel; thence Northwesterly in a direct line to the point
of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 65-66-77
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Sant Ana, in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Rio
Vista Street and Anaheim -Olive Road, now known as Lincoln
Avenue, as said streets are shown on a Map of Survey filed
in Book 21, page 45 of Record of Surveys in the office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County, and running
thence South 0° 19' 30" West, along said centerline of
Rio Vista Street, 212.77 feet; thence North 89° 57' 45"
East 192.36 feet; thence North 0° 19' 30" East, parallel
with said centerline of Rio Vista Street, 175.04 feet to
said centerline of Lincoln Avenue; thence North 78° 55' 30"
West, along said centerline, 195.00 feet to the point of
beginning.

Excepting therefrom those portions lying within the right
of way of Lincoln Avenue and Rio Vista, dedicated to the
City of Anaheim, by deed recorded October 17, 1962 in
Book 6287, page 897 of Official Records.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
