AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1883 -
Series 1965-66 in Reclassification No. 65-66-64 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Munic pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 25th day of
January $ 1966 as the time, and the Counci (,zamber in
the City Hall of t -e City of Anaheim as the place, for a public
hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or zones, and
did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an opportu-
nity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt Resolution(s) No.(s) 66R-51 ,
finding and determining that Title 18 of the Ana eim Municipa
Code should be amended and that a change or changes in the
boundaries of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in
said resolution(s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s) 66R-51
certain conditions and requirements were make
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Parcel 1:
The northerly 250 feet of the Northwest quarter of the North-
westqquarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 12, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, and the Southerly 30 feet of the
Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 1, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 20 feet of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 12 and the Westerly 20 feet of the
Southeast quarter of said Section 1.
Parcel 2:
Lots 6 and 7, South Placentia Tract No. 1, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 5, page 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said Lot 6 lying North
of the North line of the land conveyed to the State of
California by deed recorded February 11, 1965 in Book 7411,
page 34 of Official Records of said County.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said Lot 7 lying
Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line of the land conveyed
to the State of California, by deed recorded January 8, 1965
in Book 7373, page 847 of said Official Records.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion included within
La Palma Avenue, 60.00 feet wide, shown as an unnamed street
on the map of said tract, adjoining said lots on the South.
Parcel 3:
Lots 1 Eh ough 7, inclusive, of South Placentia Tract No. 1,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 5, page 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion included within the streets
adjoining said lots on the south and on the southwest, as
shown on the map of said tract.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southerly 833.52 feet of Lot 6,
measured to the center line of La Palma Avenue, adjoining
said lot on the south.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion of said Lot 7 lying
Southwesterly of the Southwesterly lines of the land conveyed
to the State of California by deeds recorded January 8, 1965
in Book 7373, page 847 and February 11, 1965 in Book 7411,
page 34, both of Official Records of said County.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM those portions of said Lots 1
through 7, conveyed to the State of California by deeds re-
corded as follows:

The Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, and
the Southerly 30 feet of the Southeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 1, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
said Section 12.
Parcel 5:
Those portions of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, conveyed to the State of California by deeds recorded
January 12, 1962 in Book 5973, page 91, and November 14, 1961
in Book 5911, page 655, both of Official Records of said County,
together with that portion of the North half of La Palma Ave-
nue, 60.00 feet wide,lying between the Northerly prolongation
of the Easterly and Westerly lines of said land conveyed to
the State of California by deed recorded November 14, 1961 in
Book 5911, page 655 of said Official Records.
Parcel 6:
Tract No. 3614, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 152, pages
42 et seq., of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, together with those portions of the adjoining streets
bounded as follows:
That portion of La Palma Avenue adjoining that tract on the
north lying between the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly
line of said tract and the City of Anaheim City Limit line
as established by the La Palma - Rio Vista Annexation passed
by Ordinance No. 2211., November 9, 1965.
That portion of Rio Vista Street, 75 feet wide, adjoining
said tract on the East, lying between said La Palma Avenue
and the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of said
Tract;
That portion of Rio Vista Street, 60 feet wide, lying between
the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line of said
tract, and the Easterly prolongation of the Southerly line
of Tract No. 3390, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 144,
pages 3 et seq., of said Miscellaneous Maps.
Parcel 7:
That portion of Lots: 2, 3 and 4 in Block 23, Golden State
Tract, per Map recorded in Book 4, pages 66 and 67 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, lying Southerly

of the Southerly line of the land conveyed to the State of
California by deeds recorded March 26, 1963 in Book 6480, page
466, December 5, 1963 in Book 6830, page 53 and June 8, 1964
in Book 7077, page 460, all of Official Records of said
County, together with that portion of the Northwest quarter
of fractional Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 9 West,
S.B.B. & M., lying North of the North line, and the Westerly
prolongation thereof, of Tract No. 4321, as said tract is
shown on a Map recorded in Book 197, pages 9 et seq, of Mis-

EXCEPTING THEREFROM any portion of said Northwest quarter
lying Northerly and Northeasterly of the Southwesterly line

165 of Official Records of said County, together with that
portion of Lot 24 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88 of Miscellane-
ous Records of Los Angeles County, lying Westerly of the
Westerly line of the land described in Parcel No. 106.01" in
the deed to Orange County Flood Control District recorded
June 14, 1961 in Book 5752 page 350 of said Official Records.

Those portions of Lot 24 in Block K of the Kraemer Tract, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 12, pages 87 and 88, Miscel-
laneous Records of Los Angeles County, and of Block 25 of
the Golden State Tract, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 4,
pages 66 and 67 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the land conveyed to
the State of California by deed recorded April 1, 1955 in
Book 3016, page 486 of Official Records of said Orange County
thence along the Southerly line of said land, North 74° 01'
46" East, 448.67 feet to the Northwest corner of the land
conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded June 4,
1963 in Book 6573, page 167 of Official Records; thence
Southerly along the West line of said last mentioned parcel
of land and its Southerly prolongation to a point on the
Southeasterly line of said Lot 24, thence Southwesterly along
said Southeasterly line to the Northeast corner of the land

Parcel 12:
The Nort 25 acres of the South 30 acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South,
Range 9 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 30 feet, as measured at right
angles from the center line of Rio Vista Street.

FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and
R -A-(0), AGRICULTURAL (OIL PRODUCTION) ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in the following zones:
That Parcels 1, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 12 and 13 be changed to and
incorporated in R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE;
That Parcel 2 be changed to and incorporated in R-2, MULTIPLE -
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE;
That Parcels 4,6 and 11 be changed to and incorporated in R-1,
ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE; and
That Parcel 7 be changed to and incorporated in R -A-(0),
AGRICULTURAL (OIL PRODUCTION) ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
