AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM DOES FI14D
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 65R-660 determining that a change
or changes in t e zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The east 350 feet of the following described property:
Lot 17 and the North 126.82 feet of the East 739.79
feet of Lot 19 in Block 36 of the Yorba Linda Tract,
as shown on a leap recorded in book 5, page 17 and 18
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
now is R -A, P.:ESIDENTIAL - AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in l-1, LIGHT INOUS`'RIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of tie City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed.

2. That the owners of subject Property shall -Day to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot, for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the
property is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the -property shall
be su)rtiitted to and approved by the Development ReviexvCommittee
on the basis of com-Datibilit-,,7 of development both structurally,
and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning ila -p spall be, and the sar.e is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Nap as amended is here'07.7 ado-oted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning ma;o to De added
to the City Zoning ,,iap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certif-,r to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to De printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, publisi-I.ed.and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) da%7S from and after
its final passage it scall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2739 on the 14th day of October,
1969.
