AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FI14D
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 -_determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Lot 1 of Orange Grove Acres, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as said lot is shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 6,
Page 42, Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of the land described
in the deed to the State of California, recorded August 23,
1963, in Book 6687, Page 848, Official Records, said corner
being in the Northwesterly line of the 100 -foot right of
way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad, formerly
Southern California Railway, as shown on said map, distant
thereon North 160 00' 44" East 34.24 feet, more or less,
from the Southerly line of said Lot 1, and running thence
Westerly and Northerly along the boundary of the land
described in said deed the following courses and distances:
South 730 48' 40" West 141.46 feet; thence North 30 45' 30"
West 103.24 feet; North 250 33' 14" West 26.93 feet to the
Westerly line of said Lot 1 and the most Northerly corner
of the land described in the above mentioned deed; thence
along said Westerly line, North 30 45' 30" West 126.66
feet; thence North 860 14' 30" East 228.83 feet to the

Northwesterly line of said railroad right of way; thence
South 160 001 44" West along said Northwesterly line
238.52 feet to the point of beginning.
Said land is shown on a map filed for record in Book 81,
Page 26 of Record of Surveys, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT -INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work shall
be complied with as required by the City Engineer and in accord-
ance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office
of the City Engineer at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property
is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both
structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No;.2728 on the 23rd day of September, 1969.
