AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No•s. 69R-342 and 69R-443 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 12, Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana as shown on
a map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of the North-
west quarter of said Southeast quarter, distant South-
erly thereon 124.00 feet from the Southwest corner of
the land described in that certain Final Order of Con-
demnation to the State of California, filed September 1,
1964, and recorded in Book 7203, page 704 of Official
Records of said County; thence Easterly at right angles
to said Westerly line, 171.00 feet; thence Northeasterly
in a direct line 132.00 feet to a point in the South-
westerly line of the land described in said Final Order
of Condemnation, said Southwesterly line cited as "South
680 41' 38" East 141.88 feet," said point being distant
Southeasterly thereon 67.00 feet from the Northwesterly
terminus thereof; thence along said Southwesterly line,
South 681 41' 38" East 74.88 feet to an angle point
therein; thence continuing along said Southwesterly line,
South 55° 21' 46" East 473.45 feet to the Easterly line

of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Southeast quarter; thence Southerly along said Easterly
line to the Northeast corner of Lot 83 of Tract No. 3438
as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 132, pages
7, 8 and 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said County;
thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said Tract
No. 3438 a distance of 681.67 feet to the Northwest corner
thereof, being a point in the westerly line of said South-
east quarter; thence Northerly thereon to the point of
beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and incor-
porated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE subject to the
following conditions:
1. That a Parcel Map to record the approved division
of subject property be submitted to the City
of Anaheim for approval and then recorded in
the Office of the Orange County Recorder.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of
the Fire Department.
4. That any air-conditioning facilities proposed
shall be properly shielded from view, and the
sound shall be buffered from adjacent residential
homes.
5. That a 6 -foot masonary wall shall be constructed
along the south, east and northeasterly property
line.
6. That the alignment of subject property's north-
easterly property line adjacent to the Orange
Freeway shall be approved by the State Division
of Highways.
7. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $75.00 per
dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreation
purposes, said amount to be paid at the time
the building permit is issued.
8. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, above-
mentioned shall be complied with prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (3.0) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
