AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and re-
ceipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the. Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows;
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the North half of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 22,
Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as said
section is shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said county, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the land des-
cribed in deed to the State of California recorded
March 15, 1950 in Book 1985, page 379, Official
Records, on the North line of said Section 22;
thence Westerly along said North line 60.00 feet;
thence at right angles South 30.00 feet to a point
on the South line of Ball Road, 60.00 feet wide,
being the true point of beginning; thence Easterly
parallel with said North line of said section,
60.00 feet to the beginning of a curve, concave
Southwesterly, having a radius of 75.00 feet, said
curve being the South line of the said land granted
to the State of California by said deed; thence
Southeasterly 64.40 feet along said curve and South
line through a central angle of 490 11' 50" to a

point of tangency with the Southwesterly line of
the Southern Pacific Railway Company right of way;
thence South 400 52' 20`° East 284.54 feet to the
most Westerly corner of the land described in the
deed to the State of California recorded April 6,
1960 in Book 5179, page 272, Official Records; thence
South 370 37' 25" East 300.22 feet along the Westerly
line of last said land to the beginning of a curve
concave Southwesterly having a radius of 370.00 feet;
thence Southeasterly 89.95 feet along said curve and
said West line, through a central angle of 130 55' 44";
thence South 890 57' 39" West 249.63 feet; thence North
650 42' 05" West 41.61 feet; thence South 890 57' 39"
West 239.86 feet; thence North 000 04' 10" West 542.42
feet; thence North 400 52' 20" West 90.00 feet to the
true point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE and
M-1, LIGHT -INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incor-
porated in C-R, COMMERCIAL -RECREATION ZONE, upon the following
conditions;
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and
Superintendent of Streets, prior to final building
inspection.
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in
architectural conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 10th day of June , 1969.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2693 on the 10th day of June,
1969.
