AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-134 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL 1
That portion of the west half of the west half of the
northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, City of Anaheim, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west line of Tract No. 4230,
with the westerly prolongation of the centerline of Del
Monte Drive as shown on a map recorded in Book 243, pages
43 and 44 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, said point being the beginning of a nontangent
curve concave northerly and having a radius of 800.00 feet,
a radial line through said point bears South 0° 16' 08"
East; thence westerly along said curve through a central
angle of 11° 40' 15" an arc distance of 162.96 feet to a
point in a reverse curve concave southerly and a radius
of 800.00 feet, a radial line through said point bears
North 11° 24' 07" East; thence westerly along said curve
through a central angle of 11° 40' 47" an arc distance of
163.08 feet; thence South 890 43' 20" West 8.43 feet tangent

to said curve; thence North 00 18' 05" West 46.19 feet;
thence North 89° 41' 55" east 30.00 feet to a point in a
nontangent curve concave northeasterly and having a radius
of 15.00 feet, a radial through said point bears South
890 41' 55" West; thence southeasterly along said curve
through a central angle of 870 30' 11" an arc distance
of 22.91 feet to a point in a reverse curve concave
southerly and having a radius of 832.00 feet, a radial
line through said point bears North 20 11' 44 east;
thence easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 90 12' 23" an arc distance of 133.69 feet to a point
in a compound reverse curve concave northerly and having
a radius of 768.00 feet, a radial line through said point
bears South 110 24' 07" West; thence westerly along said
curve through a central angle of 110 40' 15" an arc distance
of 156.44 feet to a point in the westerly line of said
Tract No. 4230, a radial line through said point bears South
00 16' 08" East, thence South 00 16' 08" East 32.00 feet
along said Westerly line to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2
That portion of the west half of the west half of the
northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range 11 West, City of Anaheim, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map recorded in Book
51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the west line of Tract No. 4230,

beginning of a tangent curve concave southerly and
having a radius of 768.00 feet; thence easterly along said
curve through a central angle of 110 40' 47" an arc
distance of 156.56 feet to a point in a reverse curve con-
cave Northerly and having a radius of 832.00 feet, a radial
line through said point bears South 11° 24' 07" West;
thence easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 110 40' 15" an arc distance of 169. 47 feet to a point
in the westerly line of said Tract No. 4230, a radial line
through said point bears South 0° 16' 08° East; thence
North 00 16' 08" West 32.00 feet along said westerly line
to the point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:

1. (a) That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim along Grand Avenue, Del Monte Drive and
Lincoln Avenue, including preparation of improvement
plans and installation of all improvements, such
as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading
and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work shall be complied with as required by the City
Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and
specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer; and (b) that a bond in an amount and form
satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted
with the City to guarantee the installation of said
engineering requirements.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $75.00 per apartment
unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes,
said amount to be paid at the time the building
permit is issued.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of June , 19 69 .
