AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM A4ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1338 in RECLASSIFICATION PRO-
CEEDINGS NO. 58-59-7.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES
FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on March 24, 1959,
adopt Ordinance No. 1338 in Reclassification Proceedings No.
58-59-7 amending Article IX, Chapter 2 of the Anaheim Muni-
cipal Code relating to zoning 'and changing the property there-
in described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-3,
MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain condi-
tions set forth in said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 2 of said ordinance reads
as follows:
112. That the buildings to be erected on
subject property shall be limited to
one story in height, and be subject
to approval of an architectural com-
mittee."
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said
Condition No. 2 should be deleted from Ordinance No. 1338.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1338 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 58-59-7 be, and the same is hereby, amended by
deleting therefrom Condition No. 2 as to that portion described
in Parcel B in Reclassification Proceedings No. 68-69-51.
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (1.5) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty �(30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 1st
day of July, 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof; -

AND I►;FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2690 on the 1st day of July,
