AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEI 'I X-AIEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and re-
ceipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim 31unicipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
A portion of Lot 1 of "Walnut Colony Tract" as
shown on a map thereof filed in Book 1, page 14
of Record of Surveys, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County and more particu-
larly deseribed as follows:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Katella
Ave., and West St., said point also being the North-
east corner of Section 28, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. & M.; thence South 890 25' 22" West
338.00 feet along said center line of Katella Ave.,
to a point thence South 00 48' 38" East 60.00 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
South 0° 48' 38" East 229.98 feet to a point;
thence South 89° 25' 53 West 40.00 feet to a point;
thence South 441 25' 53" West 28.28 feet to a point;
thence South 890 25' 53" West 69.92 feet to a point;
thence North 00 48' 38" West 249.96 feet to a point-
thence North 890 25' 22'' East 130.00 feet to the
true point of beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, C-1, GENEPAL COr+`ERCIAL ZONE
and M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-R, COr=RCIAL-RECREATION ZONE, upon
the following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subjectproperty shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front
foot for street lighting purposes, said amount
to be paid at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front
foot for tree planting purposes, said amount to
be paid at the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets, prior to final building
and zoning inspections.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and shall be in archi-
tectural conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning ,lap shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning k1ap showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of May 1969.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2685 on the 27th day of May, 1969.
