._. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM! AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 68R-713 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and re-
ceipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
HEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE OF
NOW, 1
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL ONE: Lots 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 154, 155,
156, 157 and 158 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract as
shown on a Trap recorded in Book 5, pages 29 and 30
of Idiscellaneous daps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
PARCEL TWO: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot
154 of the Eucalyptus Forest Tract, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 5, pages 29 and 30 of Miscellaneous -
flaps, records of Orange County, California; thence
Westerly along the North line of Santa Ana Street as
shown on said Map, 660 feet to the Southwesterly corner
of Lot 158 of said tract; thence at right angles South-
erly 20 feet to the centerline of said Santa Ana Street;
thence Easterly along the center line of said street
660 feet; thence Northerly at right angles 20 feet to
the point of beginning, being a portion of Santa Ana
Street abandoned by Order of the Board of Supervisors
of Orange County, California
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks,
street grading and paving, drainage facilities,
or other appurtenant work shall be complied with
as required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file in
the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the
property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot,
for street lighting purposes, said amount to belaid
at the time the property is developed.
3. That plans for the development of subject property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architec-
tural Control Committee on the basis of compatibility
of development, both structurally and architecturally.

The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
