AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-56 and 69R-217 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 9 West,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of
Anaheim -Olive Road as described in the deed recorded May
17, 1915 in Book 275, page 85 of Deeds, with the Westerly
line of said Section 7; thence along said center line
South 78° 55' 30" East 434.76 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence continuing along said centerline South
78° 55' 30" East 246.03 feet to the Westerly line of the
land described in the deed to the State of California
recorded November 5, 1948 in book 1725, page 422 of Offi-
cial Records; thence North 110 04' 55" East 69.80 feet
to the Northwest corner of said land of the State of
California; thence along the Northerly line of said land
of the State of California South 780 54' 38" East 649.96
feet to the Easterly line of the Northwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter of said Section 7; thence along said

Easterly line North 0° 09' 50" East 754.64 feet to
the Northerly line of the South half of the South
.half of the North half of the Northwest quarter of
the Southwest quarter of said Section 7; thence along
said Northerly line South 89° 49' 50" West 1319.93
feet to said Westerly line of said Section 7; thence
Southerly along said Westerly line to a line parallel
with and distant Southerly 30.00 feet from said last
mentioned Northerly line; thence along said parallel
line North 890 49' 50 East 427.12 feet to a line
parallel with said Westerly line of said Section 7
and which passes through the true point of beginning;
thence Southerly along said parallel line 587.88
feet to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPT the Easterly 535.00 feet, measured at right
angles of said land.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per apart-
ment unit, to be used for park and recreation
purposes, said amount to paid prior to the ser-
vicing with utilities or final building and zoning
inspections; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event
said amount shall not have been paid by May 1, 1969,
there shall be due and payable prior to the ser-
vicing with utilities or final building and zoning
inspections the sum of $75.00 per apartment unit.
2. That the new street shall be developed with a 40 -
foot roadway, a standard 12 -foot parkway on the
west side, and a 5 -foot parkway on the east side;
and that the east side parkway shall be full con-
crete, with tree wells and irrigation facilities
provided as required by the Superintendent of Park-
way Maintenance, prior to final building inspection.
3. That the owner of subject property shall dedicate
to the City of Anaheim public utility easements
as required by the Utilities Department, prior to
final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within

fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
