AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. and 69R-213 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The South 100 feet of the North 460 feet
of the East 448 feet of the Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 13, in Town-
ship 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE upon
the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per apartment unit,
to be used for park and recreation purposes, said
amount to paid at the time the building permit is
issued; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that in the event said
sum shall not have been paid by May 1, 1969, there
shall be due and payable at the time the building
permit is issued the sum of $75.00 per apartment
unit.

2. That the owner of subject property shall
acquire access to a standard alley along
the west property line, prior to final
building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim H Iletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of April, 1969.

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2667 on the 29th
day of April, 1969.
