AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt
of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission;
and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes
of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with
as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The North half of the Southeast quarter of the North-
west quarter of Section 27, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, partly in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana
and partly in the Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said
County.
EXCEPT the South 272.00 feet of the East 585.00 feet
thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT an undivided one-third interest in and to
the following: Beginning at a point 88 feet South and
133 feet West of the Northeast corner of said North
half; thence South 16 feet; thence West 14 feet; thence
North 16 feet; and thence East 14 feet to the point of
beginning.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof described as follows:
Commencing at the centerline intersection of Katella
Avenue and Harbor Boulevard, as shown on a Map filed
in Book 76, page 3 of Record of Surveys, in the Office

of the County Recorder of said County; thence South 10
20' 55" East along the centerline of Harbor Boulevard
a distance of 1316.01 feet to a point of intersection
with the North line of said North half of said South-
east quarter of said Northwest quarter, said point also
being the true point of beginning; thence continuing
along the centerline of Harbor Boulevard, South 1°
20' 55" East a distance of 386.03 feet; thence South
890 46' 15" West a distance of 60.01 feet; thence
North 10 20' 55" West a distance of 306.57 feet to
the beginning of a tangent curve concave Southwesterly
and having a radius of 25 feet; thence Northerly and
Westerly along said curve through a central angle of 880
50' 7" an arc distance of 38.76 feet; thence South 890
48' 58" West a distance of 1243.29 feet; thence North 10
5' 00" West a distance of 55.01 feet; thence North 890 48'
58" East a distance of 1327.54 feet to the true point of
beginning.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL -RECREATION ZONE, upon the fol-
lowing conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of
Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other
appurtenant work shall be complied with as required
by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard
plans and specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot,
for street lighting purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the property is developed.
3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot
for tree planting purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the property is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities shall be properly
shielded from view and shall be in architectural
conformance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
-- The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulate6
in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final
passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 1st day of April, 1969.
