AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 67R-310 determining that a change or changes in the zone
or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made
as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and
receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been
complied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The Southerly 175 feet of the Southwest
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.;
Also that part of Hotel Way, 60 feet wide,
adjacent to the east, to be abandoned by
the City of Anaheim.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-R, COMMERCIAL -RECREATION ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim,
such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and
paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work,
shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications
on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time
the property is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time
the property is developed.

3. That the owners of subject property shall pay to the City
of Anaheim the sum of 15� per front foot for tree planting
purposes, said amount to beapaid at the time the property
is developed.
4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director
of Public Vorks and Superl.ntendent of Streets, prior to
final building inspection.
5. That all air Fonditioning`facilities shall be properly
shielded from view -and shall be in architectural confor-
mance with the structure.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby, directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes,_hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
CC
The City Clerk shall, certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of March , 1969.

TEMPORARILY ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pebley
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor Pro -Tem of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2650 on the 11th
day of March, 1969.
