AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 69R-58 determining that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL ONE: That parcel of land located in the
County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & M., said Southwest corner, for the
purpose of this description, being the centerline
intersection of Ball Road and Sunkist Street, as
shown on a Map of Survey filed in Book 83, page 31
of Record of Surveys in the office of the County
Recorder of said Orange County, California; thence
South 00 11' 20" West 30 feet along the Southerly
prolongation of the centerline of said Sunkist
Street, to an intersection with a line parallel
with and 30 feet Southerly of the centerline of
said Ball Road; thence
North 890 55' 40" West 20 feet, along the last
mentioned parallel line to an intersection with
a line parallel with and 20 feet Westerly of the
Southerly prolongation of the centerline of said
Sunkist Street; thence

North 00 11' 20" East 739 feet, more or less, along
a line parallel with and 20 feet Westerly of the
centerline of said Sunkist Street, to an intersec-
tion with the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly
line of the land described in deed recorded December
18, 1962 in Book 6365, page 211 of Official Records
of Orange County, California, said point of intersec-
tion being a point in the existing City Limit line of
the City of Anaheim, as established by the Sunkist
Annexation to the City of Anaheim, passed January
23, 1968 by Ordinance No. 2470, filed with the Secretary
of State February 23, 1968 and recorded February 23,
1968 in Official Records of Orange County, California;
thence
South 89° 55' 40`° East 671 feet, more or less, follow-
ing along a portion of the said existing City Limit
line of the City of Anaheim, being the said Westerly
prolongation and Southerly line of the land described
in the last mentioned deed to an intersection with
a line parallel with and 26.35 feet Westerly of the
Easterly line of the West half of the West half of
the Southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., said point of
intersection being a point in the existing City
Limit line of the City of Anaheim as established
by the Wagner -Sunkist Annexation to the City of
Anaheim passed by Ordinance No. 1616 September 5,
1961, filed with the Secretary of State October
5, 1961 and recorded October 9, 1961 in Official
Records of Orange County, California; thence
Leaving the existing City Limit line of the City of
Anaheim as established by the aforementioned
Sunkist Annexation, and following along a portion
of the existing City Limit line of the City of
Anaheim as established by the last mentioned
Wagner -Sunkist Annexation, being a portion of the
last mentioned parallel line South 0° 11' 20"
West 739 feet, more or less, to an intersection
with a line parallel with and 30 feet Southerly
of the centerline of the aforementioned Ball
Road; thence
North 89° 55' 40" West 651 feet, more or less,
leaving the existing City Limit line of the
City of Anaheim, and following along the last
mentioned parallel line to an intersection with
the Southerly prolongation of the centerline of
the aforementioned Sunkist Street; thence
North 00 11' 20" East 30 feet along the Southerly
prolongation of the centerline of said Sunkist
Street to the point of beginning.
-- Excepting therefrom all that land described in the
deed to Union Oil Company of California in deed
recorded April 1, 1965 in Book 7466, page 384, of
Official Records.

PARCEL TWO: The South 205.00 feet of the West
195.00 feet of the Southeast quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.,
in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Excepting therefrom that portion described as
Parcel 3 in the Final Order of Condemnation
filed under Case No. 114537 of the Superior
Court, a copy of which was recorded June 3,
1964 in Book 7073, page 214 of Official Records
of Orange County, California.
now is ORANGE COUNTY Al, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, and ORANGE
COUNTY 100-C1-10,000, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT zoning,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in the following zones:
That Parcel No. 1 hereinbefore described be changed
to and incoFporated in R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE; and
That Parcel No. 2 hereinbefore described be changed to
and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
