ORDINANCE NO. 2643 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND- ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 6SR-696 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com- plied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as follows: That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Tract _to. 2339 as shown on a Map recorded in cook 35, pages 9 through 15, of _iscellaneous _laps, Records of grange County, California. now 1S R-1, ©d.t -I'Ai''1ILi G01.1fE, and that it Ate.. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be properly shielde:t fro -Ta view. 3. That the existing structures on su�;ject property shall be brougLt up to the standards of the Unifor-,l Building, Plu abing u Electrical Codes, as adoptea by the City of Anahei ,, for coromiercial structures. 4. That the parking areas shall be lighted with down - lighting of a height of six ( 6 ) feet, which ligating shall be directed away from the property lines to protect the residential integrity of the area. -1- 65-69-31 5. That Conditions Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 above-Araentioned shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections. SECTION 2. The City Zoning 1 -'tap shall be, and the same is hereby, amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning :,ap to be added to the City Zoning `aap showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. The City Clerk" shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance and shall cause the sante to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anahei.,a Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
