AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE
18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution(s)
No(s). 67R-589 determining that a change or
changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed hear-
ings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Those portions of Lots 12 and 13 of the Miles Rancho, in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 4 at Page 7 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Parcel No. 1:
Tie westerly 505.00 feet of the easterly 562.00 feet of the
southerly 243.00 feet of said Lots 12 and 13;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the northerly 50.00 feet of the westerly
125.00 feet thereof.
Parcel No. 2:
The westerly 240.00 feet of the southerly 198.00 feet of
said Lot 12.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incor-
porated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That sidewalks shall be installed along La Palma
Avenue, as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with
standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, prior to final building and zoning inspections.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the Director of
Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior to final
building and zoning inspections.
