._ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution
No. 62R-335 and 66R-634 determining that a change or changes
in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described
should be made as hereinafter set forth, after duly noticed
hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were
made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or
changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been com-
plied with as to the property hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes
as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Fractional Section 5, Township 4
South, Range 9 West of the San Bernadino Meridian,
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, according to an official plat of said
land filed in the District Land Office, March 23,
1875, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of said
Section; thence West 812.22 feet along the South
line of said Lot 1 to the Easterly line of the right
of way of the Santa Fe Railroad; thence Northeasterly
608.00 feet along the Easterly line of said right of
way; thence East 665.50 feet parallel with said South
line to a point on the East line of said Lot 1; thence
South 590.40 feet along said East line to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 203 feet of the East
203 feet.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:

1. That all engineering requirements of the City
of Anaheim, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street
grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant
work shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer
and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on
file in the Office of the City Engineer at the time the property
is developed.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 per front foot for street
lighting purposes, said amount to be paid at the time the property
is developed.
3. That all plans for development of the property
shall be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control
Committee on the basis of compatibility of development, both
structurally and architecturally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of February , 1969.

adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 18th day
of February, 1969, by the following vote of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2635 on the 18th day of February,
1969.
