91-200 RESOLUTION NO. 91R-200 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR LICENSING AND FOR CERTAIN LABOR, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES AT ANAHEIM STADIUM AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 89R-251. WHEREAS, from time to time the City of Anaheim licenses portions of Anaheim Stadium and provides licensees with certain labor, equipment, and services in connection with such tenants' events and activities; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim desires to modify the rental rate schedule for said Stadium in conjunction with licensing of space and providing labor, equipment, and services in connection therewith. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: 1. Except as provided by contract or otherwise specified, the rates to be charged for occupancy, labor, equipment and services at Anaheim Stadium are hereby established in accordance with the rates set forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. 2. The effective date of the rental rates established by this Resolution is July 1, 1991. 3. Resolution No. 89R-251 is hereby rescinded, effective July 1, 1991. THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 18th day of June , 1991.
