AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF A14AHEIM AMEND-
ING TITLE 18 of the ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
PC68-335 in Reclassification No. 68-69-44 recommending an
amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and a
change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or zones here-
inafter mentioned and described, after having held a public
hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said Title
18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make
findings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a
change or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said reso-
lution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report
of findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the
City Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 17th
day of December, 1968, as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for
a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of
zone or zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and
as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearing and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and
did thereupon consider the recommendation of the City Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find that a change
or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing
the boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by
adopting a sectional zoning map or maps showing such change
or changes as follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
-1- 68-69-44
All that area within the boundaries of the terri-
tory known and designated as Orchard Drive
Annexation to the City of Anaheim, annexed by
Ordinance No. 2595, passed November 6, 1968,
filed with the Secretary of State on December 9,
1968, and recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder, Official Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, December 11, 1968.
now is ORANGE COUNTY A-1, GENERAL AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, A-1(0),
AGRICULTURAL (OIL PRODUCTION) DISTRICT, and R-1, ONE -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT ZONING, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R -A, AGRICULTRUAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 7th day of January, 1969.

on 1he 17th day of December, 1968, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted on the 7th day of January, 1969, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Krein
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2619 on the 7th day of January,
1969.
